Solid mahogany surround with period radius mould along with solid mahogany sides and curved base. Original pine backboard. Right hand side has access door for pendulum adjustment. The base also has a curved door with small lock which works fine. A polished brass bezel with period glass surrounds the signed painted dial. 
 
The 8 day single fusee movement has had a full clean and service and is guaranteed for 1 year from date of sale.
 
A nice clock with not a great deal of restoration needed. The dial has been repainted due to the paint work flaking but apart from that, nothing to speak of.
A good classic example of an antique school/dial clock.
