When ordering clocks or barometers we understand that customers may want to ask questions before they purchase. Please use the contact page and we can arrange a phone call at a time of your convenience.

SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE to all UK customers with all of our restoration products including the full range of hands we supply. The price you see is the price you pay.

If you are an overseas buyer, your postage will be calculated on the weight and sent tracked to your country of origin.

The shipping of fine Antique clocks and barometers requires a little more consideration. There are many ways we can ship around the country/world whether it is with our trusted couriers, your own courier or through the postal service, there are many options.

It does generally depend on the item so again please contact us regarding this.

RETURNS

Buyers who wish to return one of our products can do so by sending it back to our postal address. The address can be found on the 'thank you for your purchase' note sent with your parcel. If this can not be found then please drop us an email for the details.

If the item is not damaged or opened then either an exchange will be made or a full refund provided.

All of our clocks come with a 1 year guarantee. In a case where a movement does not work correctly under the term of guarantee then repairs will be made to ensure the problem is rectified.

Antique clocks need setting up correctly in order for them to work. Clocks need to be set IN BEAT with an even tick tock. If your not sure then please click on the link.
